Stormwater Disconnection
Downspout (roof drains) and other stormwater connections need to be disconnected from the sanitary sewer system prior to January 2002. If a private property still has stormwater connections to the sanitary sewer system the existing stormwater fee will be increased 25% annually, beginning 2002 to 100% of the fee by January 2005.
